The purpose of this post is to let you into my world. Into my vulnerable space. Into a sliver of my mind. For me, this is very revealing. Revealing myself to you is my Marmyl Myisdale. My wish is that it affects you in a positive fashion. May you read on with glee and fill your head with the comedic and tragic nature of life. Judge not, expect not. Just enjoy yourself!

It all started one day like any other with someone yelping, "FUCK! The rent is due soon! What are we going to do?"

This inspired a Jack Black-ish tip-toe run around the room in song, followed by brainstorm after brainstorm. I already had the concept for Dank Master since the end of 2011 before heading to Korea. The three characters I created were [then unnamed] Luke, the main character, a somewhat empty-vessel young, reckless Kung Fu student; the supposed 'Dank Master' -a poser martial artist who gets stoned and learns Kung Fu from YouTube and Bruce Lee movies. :D MUAHAHAHAAA see where I'm going with this?

The most important hilarity of them all is the villain! Who would put this lazy impostor in his place? None other than the Almighty Checkle Bastard! An untamed assassin with wild powers beyond the human realm! THERE ARE NO RULES! Only mayhem.

To be entertained! What a quest! Not always fulfilled by a movie-watching experience. I've been ending a lot of movies early these days... movies that suck! I have a good attention span... if the attention deserves my span. Why do most action movies suck!? And why are many comedies either romantic and lame, or strictly ball-joke driven?

Ball jokes are fine, I suppose... But what we really need is a higher QUALITY viewing experience, right? Raise the quality, but retain the glee-ful child in all of us that wants to cackle about something brilliant or preposterous. This movie is not intended for everyone. Viewers must be awesome, with a great sense of humor, style, and epic-winningness to truly enjoy what we are working hard to deliver! Pshh -Zach Drenski works round the clock in all time zones at once to roll out new Dank Daily's each day to give you something simply splendid
to chuckle about at work.


When the issue #1 of Dank Master the comic rolls out January 15th, You will get a sense of the brutality, and triptology of our art. Can't wait!!
